I was wondering, when prepping your hospital bag... did you opt for a bag or did you go with small luggage.
I don't think I have bags enough to put everything in it... so I wonder if a small luggage just seems ridiculous. I think that's what I did the first time around... but just curious to know what others are doing.

haha my husband wants ONE bag for everything and something that will keep his hands free. So we're using a Air Force issued expandable backpack. Thing is huggge.

Our diaper bags are a two bag set. I put clothes and stuff in the bigger one and snacks and cameras in the smaller one to keep in labor and delivery with us. If the diaper bag wasn't big enough, then I was going to use a small rolling suitcase:)

@bpcmarj: Oh k that's what I will be doing. I have a massive bath robe ( that takes up a lot of the space) so if I didn't have that I'd be using 2 smaller bags i think .

We used luggage. I thought it would be easier for DH to have soemthing with wheels because he'd be carrying a lot of crap.

I brought a rolling duffle bag. I purposely left some room in it because somehow I can't get the stuff all in on the return trip. I was in the hospital for 4 days and sent stuff that I wasn't using home with DH.

Luggage sounds like a good idea. I took a diaper bag, and a smaller tote -- and a garbage bag to take home dirty laundry.
