Just to keep it easy, what is the spacing of your first two children.
In the comments, are you happy about that spacing, why or why not!

Didn't vote because we only have 1, but we're planning about 5-6 years.

LO2 won't be here for a few weeks so I don't know how it will be but LO1 will be almost 2.5 when she's born and she's a lot more independent than she used to be. I'm sure some of that will change but I'm happy that she's at least capable of a lot of things without assistance now.

22 months. we are happy with the spacing because we don't know any other way. but paying for childcare was brutal. it would have been easier if they were 4 years apart!

They will be about 21 months apart. I'm not sure how the spacing will be, fingers crossed in the next 5 months DS becomes a little more independent

2 years 9 months apart. Spacing is good! My oldest is more independent and isn't jealous of the baby. And because of their birthdays, they should only be two grades apart.

DS turned 15 months the day after DD was born. Some days are harder than other, but I think I'll love having them this close.

My son and daughter are a little under 6 years apart, and they have a great relationship. My daughter takes care of him and loves him to death, and there's little sibling rivalry. And my son follows her around, wanting to do everything she does (including play with dolls and dress up).

Also, by the time DS was born, DD was in public elementary school, so only one daycare bill.

C will be 26 months around the time I'm due. I love that he's mastered walking before we add another!

Currently pregnant w/ #2, but if all goes well, they will be 22 months apart.

They will be 2.5 years apart, and I think that's a good age. I was aiming for between 2-3 years. By the time we were ready to start trying, we were past the 2 year mark and exactly at 2.5 years.

10.5 years apart. We thought we were "one and done" and then baby fever reared its head. I was really worried that they wouldn't bond, but they are absolutely in love with each other. I also like that they have a sibling, but also get to each have an only child experience of sorts.

We plan to start trying when LO is 18 months so 2-2.5 years if that works out.

We're happy. They're now 2 and 4. They play really well together most of the time and generally like each other's company.

3 years apart. It's wonderful. They are 5 yo and 2 yo. My eldest is in school and I love one-on-one time with 2.0 during the day, then our afternoons and evenings together. They're BFFs!

Pregnant with baby2. They will be almost exactly 3 years apart. I'm happy about the spacing because DS is definitely more independent now and I really hope he will enjoy being a big brother.
@SAHM0811: I am looking forward to this!
