Mine started with a 5:30 am wake up call of toddler puking in my face and hair! (Annnnnd some got in my mouth 
) I had a shower , she had a bubble bath , DH stripped the bed. I hope it's a one-time thing! Poor baby. I pulled a back muscle so my sleep has been crap anyway

Pretty rough. Our 5 month old was up for over an hour last night, after sleeping through the night with no problems for almost two months.
And I have to work a half day today.

We got the the ILs' house yesterday eve. LO wouldn't go to sleep until midnight and got up at 6:45. I just hope he will nap before dinner and presents later. And I hope that no one complains about me making him take a nap!

My 6 month old got up at 3:30. A full hour earlier than our normal awful hour. Trying to keep him quiet to avoid waking our guests.

Ours has been quiet but nice- baby girl is 6 months today! Can hardly believe it. Last night we had lots of tornado watches/warnings. Thankful we stayed safe without any damage in our area! It sure doesn't feel like Christmas with this warm weather in Nashville!

Too early to say haha. DH let me "sleep in" until 8am so I'm just finishing my coffee. It's nice to have him home today though.

Mine just started. DS1 asked to stay over at my parents' last night, and since DH worked late installing floor in our new home, I just had baby solo. He went down easily, I fell asleep after 10 minutes watching TV, and baby STTN for the first time. So I just finished nursing him and we are playing in bed. Getting ready soon to go to my parents' for a practice Christmas (my brother leaves this afternoon, so we are doing his gifts today).

Mine started at 5.45 with DH playing on his phone in bed. He woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep. 
Then E woke up and we've been having a lovely Christmas Eve ever since, so I got over it!

Not great. Both girls have bronchitis and I am having intense sinus pressure and a slight cough. Poor DD2 hasn't stopped coughing since she got up and won't eat her breakfast. Plus I still have few things to grab at the store

I am so exhausted - i hope I make it through the party at my MIL's tonight. It usually runs late but nobody can blame a 26 week pregnant lady for leaving early cause her toddler woke her up really early right? ha!

OH and I are both off and daycare is open and since we pay for today whether or not she goes, we dropped her off for a few hours. We had a breakfast date, finished wrapping gifts, and I'm about to take a nap!!

With an inch of snow! So fun, it doesn't snow much here and when it does it usually melts immediately. My parents have close to a foot 45 min away so we will have a white Christmas either way.

@MrsLilybugg: My 3:30 riser went down for a nap at 5:30 and I went with him. Fortunately my parents got up with LO1 at 6 so we could sleep until 7:30. Time to decorate the tree! We're a little behind.

It's going well!! J was up early, but we let him cuddle in our bed, and so he ended up sleeping past 8am which was a major win since he was up really late. We're heading to the gym now, then will make Christmas cinnamon rolls, watch Christmas movies, and go to the Christmas Eve service at church

Not great. Baby is a week old today and we are having a rough go of it. But then my toddler just loves her so so much and that helps so much. But oh I'm tired.
Therefore the toddler is watching Daniel tiger in a dirty diaper while I nurse the baby.

Uneventful so far! DS slept well last night (no squeaking as I call it between his two feeding times overnight) and DW's parents are on their way over to watch him so we can pick up some Christmas Eve appetizers for tonight. I'm pumping and DS is sound asleep in his swing! Baby's first Christmas! But baby has no idea what's going on

We did our Christmas today since we are heading to see family for a few days.
It was great. Opened gifts and had breakfast. Told my dad about baby number 2
Heading out soon and getting McDonald's on the way! And my brother is going to be at my moms who I haven't seen since June.

Ugh! I didn't get any sleep because there was a storm last night and my dog was barking all.night.long. intermittently at the storm. We tried everything.
Then I got overwhelmed because I still have to clean and had to get ready for a party and don't have my presents finished (not wrapped) for the party or for tomorrow. AH! So I did the dishes and took a shower at least, and am going to try to let it go until DH gets home. I want to remember it is about time with family, not a perfectly mopped floor etc.

pretty good, my sister came to help me with the girls and provide adult companionship since DH is working today. DD1 did declare that she wants to "be a mean girl" today, so we'll see.

We woke up at EIGHT THIRTY this morning (????!!!) I had to look at the clock like four times to make sure I was reading it correctly. I have no idea if LO actually slept that late or if she was just chilling in her crib for an hour before her chatter got loud enough to wake us. Not complaining! (I think it was probably the latter; when I put her down for her first nap, she was mega cranky and cried for a few minutes before falling asleep, which is incredibly unusual, so I think she was overtired.)
Since she went down for her nap, we've been drinking coffee, had Muppet Christmas Carol on tv, and DH is cooking Ina Garten's beef bourguignon with farmer's market beef & bacon in prep for Christmas dinner tomorrow. My dog got super scared when he lit the cognac on fire and ran out of the kitchen.

M was up a few times last night which is abnormal for her so our sleep was a bit off. But we had a nice French toast breakfast, drove to Arthur Ave in the Bronx for some bread and cookies, had lunch there and now have meatballs, sausage and sauce simmering on the stove.

Great! DD considered waking up at 8:30 (cried twice) then rolled over and went back to sleep until 10 am! So I got to sleep in!

We took a trip the dr. LO woke last night complaining of her ears hurting. Yippee, ear infection. I've mixed up some cookies to make for Santa, but have to bake them yet. I've really been struggling with Christmas this year.
