good! We had a lot to do today and I was nervous about getting everything done before my family came over this afternoon. Our toddler was (mostly) unexpectedly awesome and ran around playing mostly without our help while I cooked and DH cleaned. Which means during nap instead of rushing around we're just sitting doing nothing

@MamaG: me !!!!!! I'm thinking maybe Santa won't be wrapping presents this year. I just have no motivation to wrap at all!

Went to the doctor with 5 week old DD who has had diarrhea and vomiting for 24 hours.
I'm not feeling so hot myself... This isn't a great first Christmas for our little family.

@FaithFertility: L has a bit of a cold so she was in bed early around six. The baby went to bed at 7:30 like normal. Not sure why they blessed me this morning but I feel amazing today!

The girls slept until 9:00 and I was tipsy by 11:00 a.m.
So............good?!?!?

LO got up at her normal time but DH took her and I slept in until 9. Then I made cake, went to MIL and ate chips and salsa and champagne for lunch. So, pretty good so far!

It's been a relaxing morning, especially since DH is off! DD woke up around 7:30, which is fairly typical. A good friend came by for coffee and panettone around 9, and we've been baking and decorating cookies, on and off.

Great! DD slept until 8:45. Then DH and I went out for a couple hours while my mom watched her.

My kid woke up at 7:30, which is the latest he's ever slept! It was a great start!

DH and LO are driving down to see family without me. We celebrated LO's birthday (turned 3 today) with breakfast out, did an errand, and then they left while I headed to work.
I work today (1/2 day) and then Saturday, so it's going to be a very quiet tomorrow for me.

Baking with the little this morning, bought a couple last minute gifts and then put in a big order at Aritzia as their sale started today! Bonus they were offering same day shipping in my city
Just got home from shezuan lunch and waiting for my order to be delivered...Today is just so exciting! Can't beat the excitement of kids at Christmas time

Well - it's taken a turn. DH's flight got cancelled and its questionable if he'll make it here tonight. It's DD's first Christmas tomorrow morning.

@Autumnmama79: Atlanta flying to Indiana. We have now had two different flights canceled from two different airlines but he is currently booked on a third flight that is supposed to actually make it in tonight. Fingers crossed that third time's the charm!

We took ds to emergency room. He was sick and getting worse! Never had to go to er but we are out of town. Croup and pneumonia. Ughhhh! Long night ahead but hopefully seeing gifts in am will make him feel better.
