Does he go to all your appts? Did he help register? Did he care about the nursery theme? Did he go with you to look at daycares?
My DH has gone to some appts, didn't care about the registry, loved my idea of a Pooh themed nursery (but didn't do much else aside from assembling furniture), and could've cared less about daycare lol.
How involved has your DH been? Do you wish he was more or less involved?

haha. I guess he's very involved with baby and me but he really doesn't care about decisions about the nursery or registry stuff. He'll help putting it all together and he comes to some of my appointments.

My DH is great with that stuff! We already have a painted nursery at 6 weeks along bc he just wanted to do something! 
he lets me have final say on purchases and design, but he def has options and lets me bounce ideas of him... I try not to do things he just hates and he plans to attend as many appts as he can.

DH was really involved for my first pregnancy and he did gear research, and helped pick out nursery furniture, etc. . He isn't that into my current pregnancy which is ok. I don't need him at all the appointments and we aren't registering.

He's very involved.
He's been to every appt., helped pick out the theme for her bedding and her part of our room, we discussed daycare options together, he's so very helpful at home and with me esp now that I'm huge lol.
We aren't having a shower so we aren't doing a registery but he'd be all about that too.
We've had the pack n play up in the living room for over a month and I'm just now 7 months along if that gives you any indication of his excitement lol
(oh and the crib is up now too lol )

He isn't into all the minor details of it, like the registry and stuff. He doesn't really care what pack and play I pick out or about any of her clothes. He works a lot, so he's only been to a couple appointments.
BUT, he researched car seats for our baby and ordered it himself, and he is really helpful to me when I struggle to do something that is difficult with this belly. He's really protective of me and is pretty doting, even when it's something frivolous. He's really good at making me feel good about myself, even though I'm starting to hit the wall with being swollen and uncomfortable. He's always telling me to be super careful whenever I do anything (that part is almost annoying, but I know he's just being my protector the best he can).
He's very very excited...just shows it in his own way.

DH has been super excited since day 1. he's gone to all the appts, was very opinionated on the nursery (paint color, prints to hang on the walls, glider) and has already bought clothes for our little guy (the new peter rabbit collection for gap - so cute!). we're having a co-ed shower because he's that excited
he hasn't read any books and in terms of the registry has voiced his opinion on the stroller (city mini gt & snap n go). other than that, the nitty gritty details are all me.

He's pretty involved. He goes to every ultrasound, but not all routine appointments. He is planning the nursery with me, went furniture browsing and is excited to register. We discuss baby stuff all the time, and he asks me a lot of questions!

He didn't care about any of the small stuff. He went to my appointments when I asked him to. He was all over not generally outwardly excited - which kind of stressed me out. As expected, he's very very into our daughter.

Super involved about everything. Let me design the nursery and all that, but wants to go to everything, be a part of everything, and doesn't scoff when I discuss anything baby related with him. He has picked up a ton of slack around the house, too. I think with the difficulties we've had with trying to have a baby, it just makes him that much more into it all.

He had certain things that he was into. He was very into my health and the baby's health. He would do his research to make sure we were ok, and he was very overprotective...... like when I was 9 months pregnant and wanted to go on a dinner cruise he called both the OB and the cruise line to make sure it was ok in case I went into labor on the boat
He couldn't care less about nursery theme, and what we registered for was all me.... but I wasn't working so I had time to research that stuff.

DH is just the right amount involved. He has come to my ultrasounds and one appointment. For routine appt's we agreed he didn't need to miss work and be there. He has come baby shopping with me multiple times and helped to pick out the bigger items and he put all the furniture together. He has also been doing extra around the house to help me as some things are just getting awkward or I'm too tired to do them.

I wish my DH was a bit more involved with the pregnancy side of things.....
He has been a gem, generally - picking up the slack around the house - and has done loads of work in the room which will be the nursery. He seems to be interested in some of the gear, like the the pushchair (stroller) and can tell me all sorts of info about off-road suspensions (???) He seems to be looking forward to the baby being here - but as far as the pregnancy goes, he barely mentions it. He's just letting it happen to be me, really. He hasn't even commented on my brand new bump.
He came to the ultrasound appointments but none of the other appointments (to be fair, I've never asked him to). I bought him a "dad's guide to pregnancy" book 10 weeks ago and he hasn't bothered to read it. He refused to meet the doula I interviewed, saying he doesn't believe in "hippy crap" (I've given up with that idea now as he's so not interested). He has refused to learn about hypnobirthing, saying he wont be able to take it seriously. The other day I had to try not to get upset - there's a program on over here called One Born Every Minute: they put cameras in a maternity wing and filmed women giving birth, basically. I wanted us to watch the current series together, to get an idea of what we'll be going through in 6 months. Well, he refused to watch it this week, saying he he'd seen enough "women screaming and midwives eating cake".
So, yeah.... he's not doing anything wrong. He's supportive when he needs to be. He's looking forward to the baby being here. But I thought pregnancy would be this wondrous thing we'd do together and it's not like that at all.

Hubs doesn't seem super interested at all, though he does some things. He went to my first couple appointments to hear the heartbeat and went to my two ultrasounds (12 weeks and 20 weeks), but no other appointments. He didn't go with me to register or have any interest in looking at the items I received at my baby shower. He agreed to my paint colors for the nursery and helped paint, but other than that, hasn't had much interest in the nursery. He approved the car seat and crib, but definitely didn't pick them out or anything. Just said "Yep" when I asked if he liked them. He also hasn't been that interested in feeling the baby kick or having much to do with my pregnant belly, although sometimes he puts his hand on it when we're in bed.
He WAS very interested in taking some classes though like Infant CPR and a "Newborn Basics" class. He also was willing to take some maternity photos with me, even though I know he doesn't care about stuff like that. And now that I've complained, he's picked up some of the slack around the house and will do the heavy lifting that I can no longer do.
I'm curious to see how he'll be during labor or when the baby is actually here... I'm nervous by his lack of interest in the pregnancy!

@Adira: I wonder if your DH is feeling similar to mine. Mine said he doesn't really feel like it's real and probably wont until the baby is here. I get the feeling mine will be super interested in the baby but sees the pregnancy as something separate to him, somehow?

DH came to all of the appointments! It just so happened that he could go. He also went on the hospital tour with me. DH also helped me do the registry. He was excited during the whole pregnancy and he is a wonderful dad!

Mine came to most of my appointments. The one he didn't come to is the one where we found out we lost our daughter. For our next pregnancy, he or someone else is going to come with me to every appointment. He read books, researched gear, and was very excited and involved.
