I'm 7w4d today, and my mild nausea started about a week ago.... I've only thrown up once but that was when trying to swallow a big DHA pill late at night. My nausea is tamed pretty well through ginger gum, ginger ale, distraction, and coughing / burping (gross I know but true!!).

But the REAL issue for me is all the food aversions! Sitting here thinking about certain foods (ones I normally love) is making my stomach absolutely churn. Thinking about those foods just makes my nausea increase hundredfold to the verge of almost throwing up.

I know nausea is **supposed to** drop off sometime during the 2nd trimester, but do the food aversions stop, too? I already have such a limited diet, I'm now down to about 5 foods not including junk food...
