I'm just past 24 weeks and only have one outfit from our gender reveal. I'm getting the itch to buy.... but I'm trying to hold off.

Ha ha, I'm 10 weeks and have several onesies, some books, and a stuffed animal. I also have 2 afghans nearly completed. I'm not sure if it makes it better or worse, but only 1 of the books, the stuffed animal, and 1 of the afghans came after I found out I was pregnant. Though I was actually pregnant for most of the purchases, just not this pregnancy. I've never been one to hold off for fear of something happening, or for fear of winding up with too much stuff. Also, my mom has bought books and a diaper bag and a maternity top for me.

I'm almost 18 weeks, and have bought some etsy prints for the nursery, boba wrap from the classifieds, and that's it!! I really want to start buying onesies but I just can't convince myself to yet!

Yesterday I bought a fetal doppler because I was nervous at my sudden lack of symptoms (I am just shy of 10 weeks). I had a 4 pack of Aden & Anais swaddles I had bought for a previous loss and I got DH a onesie of his favorite sports team for his b-day in January (when we were only about 7 weeks). I would have given the swaddles away as baby gifts for about 4 different people who had gotten pregnant between our miscarriages and this pregnancy but DH wouldn't let me.
I think my overall philosophy with buying baby gear is that we're probably going to get a LOT of clothes, toys, and small things bought for us or donated to us, so we're just going to focus on researching and saving up for high quality things we really want. (We belong to a church and people are constantly donating things and we'll be the first grandchild for my parents and the 2nd grandchild 3 months apart from their first for my inlaws).
We've gone to Buy Buy Baby because I wanted to check out strollers and walk DH through the full gamut (and price range) of things babies "need" so he could get a handle on how much all this is going to cost us (we're big budgeters). So far we've picked out a stroller, a high-end and low-end crib option, and a high chair. We'll start watching for sales on those items later in the pregnancy. We are keeping line items in our budget open for a high quality breast pump, a good baby monitor, babywearing gear, and a diaper bag of my choice.
Because we live in a rental and don't plan on buying a house for a while, I don't think I'm going to do a full decorated nursery. I don't want to paint and repaint a rental house room and I feel like it will be a giant waste of money. I'm sure I'd feel different if we owned, but that's just how I feel in our rental. Plus the kid wont know the difference. I have a total high-low mentality - either I'd go full out on a nursery, or go totally cheap.
Our rental has two TINY rooms and then one giant master bedroom. DH uses one of the small rooms as an office and the other room we currently use as a ruckus room for people's kids who come over for our weekly family Bible study. I don't think we want to lose that ruckus room for a nursery because it wouldn't fit all our baby stuff anyway and our master is huge, so I think we'll just put the crib and our existing recliner in the corner, use our long dresser as a changing table, and call it good. I don't know yet if I'll buy a nice crib since it will basically be the only thing we buy for a "nursery" or just go with a basic Ikea crib, but I think that will be about it.

Just 7 weeks today and I haven't bought anything so far. We have an 18 month old son so we won't need much though. I am having gun looking at nursery and toddler room ideas though!

I'm 28 weeks. The only clothes we have bought is a 3 pack of cute onesies we used for our gender reveal. Other than that just stuff for the nursery-- crib, dresser, changing table, curtain rods and fabric for curtains and crib skirt. Oh and a Sophie I saw on sale for $10.
I think that is it! We've been gifted a glider for our nursery by my parents and some clothes by various people, and some friends with babies have given me loads of hand me down clothes and baby gear. We're very lucky!

Almost 33 weeks and we've gotten just about everything we need. Getting the stroller this weekend.

I'm 19w1d and we bought a BOB last month because there was a great deal on Amazon (that I found through a HB board posting!). Other than that, I think we're going to wait until the 20w u/s, even though I would prefer gender neutral items. I think I'll just feel a little more confident once I'm half way through. I'm definitely researching and bookmarking gear though!
@gingerbebe: You may want to check into your health insurance to see what type of breast pump they can provide you.

@NorCalWayfarer: Yeah our insurance gives us a discount on the high-powered ones but the free ACA ones are just manual pumps. I'll take the free one just to have for emergencies, but I'm looking at getting a high-power cow-milker machine.

I am almost 31 weeks and my first shower is this weekend. I was a shopping fool earlier on, but I am trying to hold off until the showers are done.
I have a ton of clothes in all sizes - got realllllly into onesies and sleepers after our gender reveal. Both DH and I have our diaper bags. We have lots of bath stuff and diapers from a diaper party. Little decor things here and there. We have our travel system, Pack n Play, and video monitor too.

31w today. We have a convertible car seat, stroller, and a few other small items. Trying to hold off & not buy any more until after my mini shower at work.

39 and everything! Luckily. Lol. I had everything bought and put away by 35 ish weeks.
I still want to buy a couple of decor items for the nursery but I'm not in any hurry.

I'm 1000 (35) weeks and we have pretty much everything I think. Actually I need more cloth diapers and the baby monitor and I think that is all that is left.

31 weeks tomorrow! Much of this has been gifts, but we have some clothes (prob not enough), crib and changing table (though these have yet to be delivered, that's a whole saga...), rug, decor for nursery walls, stroller, stroller bassinet, umbrella stroller, car seat, diaper genie, moby wrap, and a few smaller things. Our shower is in about a week we'll know then what else we need!

@gingerbebe: Ah yeah. Bummer they don't offer the better ones!

I'm 16 weeks and have bought a lot so far:
A crib/mattress
A dresser/changing table
A pack-n-play
Some stuffed animals
New curtains for the baby's room
And my mom has bought us a bunch of clothes and my BIL/SIL bought us a bouncer.
Right now it's all still in boxes and bags in the garage. We need to redo the floors in the nursery before we start decorating.

10 weeks and nada! I'm superstitious.... I think I will wait until I know the gender.
