5 weeks plus 11 holiday days. Hat tip to Pioneer Day which non-Utahns don't get!

DH gets 6 weeks and I think I get 3?

All the federal holidays (10, I think?) plus 13 vacation days. I'll bump up into the next leave category at the end of the year, which will mean 20 vacation days, i.e. 4 weeks. Woohoo!

DH gets 3 weeks right now (he's been with the company for 5 years), it goes up every few years but max is 6 weeks.

This year it's 11 days vacation and 10 holidays. For every year I am here I get an extra vacation day up to 20 days. We also get 10 sick days per year.

ETA: I also accrue comp time for hours worked over 35 and I can use that to supplement my vacation and sick time. As of August 1, I had 36 hours accrued that I haven't used yet, so I'm taking two hours a week to go to the chiropractor, and any hours I have once my leave starts I can use before my unpaid portion kicks in.

i get two weeks of my choosing, the week of the fourth of july, and usually one additional wk of my bosses choosing and a few days around the holidays, plus 10 holidays

@Rainbow Sprinkles: same as you 0, another hourly employee, only upside to that is that I can take as much time off as needed, but won't get paid (like my maternity leave!)

I just reached my 10year, so now I get 4 weeks. Heavenly.

We both get 3 weeks. I also get 15 sick days, and all the holidays. And I work a compressed schedule so I'm off every third Friday. I think it's pretty good

Excluding holidays, I have 3-1/2 weeks. In a year I get another week. When DH was working he got a crapload of vacation, like a couple months. He also got all federal holidays & sick time. You could say I was jealous.

20 vacation days, 40 sick days, all the statutory holidays, 1 floater day, plus 10-12 days at Christmas, depending on how the holidays fall. DH gets the same, plus one additional floater day.

I'm a SAHM so no vacation days for me. DH has been with his company for 5 years, and he only has 10 days. Boo.

we both get 10 days paid vacation plus 8 holidays. DH gets no paternity leave, which sucked when DS was in the NICU for 14 days and then couldn't take any time off when DS came home to help us get settled as a family.

@Mrs. Jacks: sadly we don't get Evacuation Day, which coincides with St. Patrick's Day, hehe

I accumulate holidays depending on # of hours I work. I am only casual right now so I am sitting at only about 3 days.

7 weeks plus holidays. DH gets 6 weeks and holidays.

20 days of vacation/sick days, 2 floating holidays and 9 holidays. I am happy with it!

DH gets 3 weeks, plus another 2 hrs for every 40 hrs he works (at I think that's the ratio).

3 week paid time off, plus 10 or 11 holidays and 3 "sick" days (or Dr Appt days). Luckily my boss doesn't track this too closely. We travel a decent amount so he gives us time off credits for our nights/weekends away from fam.

DH is an attorney - so he doesn't get X number of days. He has a billable hours goal (maybe 1800 or 1900) and so long as he hits that he can be off as much as he wants.
