Just got back from Doc's and I'm at 35 lbs. (which could be 37 lbs. by end of day!) -- I'm 36.5 weeks.

25 lbs exactly, but I delivered early (at 36 weeks, 2 days).
At the rate that I was saying "F-it, I'm having that milkshake/cupcake/ice cream" at the end of my pregnancy, I probably could have easily gained more.
Now that I'm on the other side, I'm kicking myself for getting off my healthy eating plan, because those last few pounds have been reeeeeallly hard to lose, and I know I probably only gained them because I was eating so badly.

45lbs. I was happy with it though since I was a little underweight to be begin with

I had gained 33lbs at 36 weeks. I ended up somewhere around 50lbs.

35-40 pounds. I kind of stopped caring the last couple of weeks of pregnancy (to look at the scale that is.)
I was also in the underweight category pre-pregnancy.

40 lbs! Yikes I tried not to look at the scale towards the end of pregnancy, it's depressing!

Right around 40 and there was nothing I could do to make it less - I didn't eat a lot and exercised every day. I think our bodies just have a set amount to gain.

45lbs. I agree with @mrs. stroller. I probably could have eaten a little healthier but I doubt it would have affected my weight gain.

18 lbs. I was super sick and didn't start gaining until almost the third trimester.

Going by the weight I was at my 39 week, 5 day appointment, I was up 38 lbs. I probably got close to 39-40 though although I lost 4 lb from the 38 by the time I went into labor.

26 pounds exactly at 38 weeks, 5 days. I'm shocked I didn't gain more because I'm not restricting anything, i have my nightly ice cream, and when I'm not pregnant, I gain weight really easily. But I walk walk walk (live in a city) everywhere, so I think that has kept my weight down.

At 38 weeks, I am only up about 18lbs. I started off a very average and healthy weight so it's been a concern why I have not gained more. I had a tough time finding an appetite most of this pregnancy and dealt with a lot of stress which may have added to my not eating better.

23 lbs, but I was packing some extra weight from an earlier lost pregnancy from the start, so it was good that I didn't gain more.

15 pounds, and I'm at an ok weight. I was about 5 pounds below my prepregnancy weight by 2 weeks post partum. I gained my weight breastfeeding - 10 pounds at 5 months PP. I just now lost it now that my 13 month old is night weaned.

I gained 35 lbs, but i stopped weighing myself two weeks prior to delivery.
I made a huuge effort not to go crazy in the first trimester!

I gained 32lbs total. I am so curious to know how much I am down now, at 5days pp, but I don't have a scale!

I'm at 21 lbs at almost 38 weeks. I'm petite to begin with and my fundal height is measuring 3 weeks behind and my measurement ultrasound at 32 weeks showed the baby around the 10th percentile. I'm eating lots of steaks and cheeseburgers hoping she'll grow a bit more before she shows up!

about 50lbs!
I lost 30+ by the time I went for my 6 week checkup, I had tremendous swelling, but the last 10 was a beeyatch and didn't come off until DS started solids, I quit pumping and we were down to nursing twice a day (around 8 months). I'm now back in my size 2's, below pre-pregnancy weight and DS is 10 months old. I NEVER thought that would happen!
