I hopped on the scale this morning and pretty much got the shock of my life. 25 pounds. 26 weeks. I don't know what else to do. I exercise, I eat really clean and healthy. WTF.
Did you gain over the recommended amount? Given that I have 14 weeks to go, I'm guessing I will be in the 40-45 lb department, maybe 50. I started at 5'6 & 130 lbs. Is there anything I can do? I'm at the stage now where I know I'm supposed to be gaining 1 lb a week, so I'm at peace with that. Whatever keeps the little guy happy, healthy, and growing. Just sucks that I gained a pound a week my entire pregnancy so far too! Is there anyone who can sympathize? Or tell me anything that will make me feel better?
