So far I've gone every 4 or so weeks (its been 6 weeks since my last appointment since I had my A/S with a specialist 2 weeks ago) and I'm 20 weeks now.
How often were your appointments? At what point did you start going more frequently?

It's every month until, I think, 30 weeks. Then it's every 2 weeks until 36 weeks. Then it's every week until you've reached 40 weeks. I think that's how it was for me.

I went a lot less, only 7 times in all.

I'm the same as @rubies, 1/month up to 30 weeks, then it's every second week, then weekly at the end. I joked with my OB that we're going to be BFF's!

I've been going almost every two weeks since week 13. That's only because this time around I'm considered high risk. I'll be starting once a week visits in two weeks.

I've been going every 2 weeks pretty much since the beginning, but I'm also considered high risk right now.

I have had a little bit of a different schedule. I had 2 sets of bloodwork done early on and an early dating ultrasound (due to a prior m/c).
My practice does the following (and not sure if it's because it is a blend of midwives/OB):
-8 week appt (midwife) with full pelvic exam, history
- 10 week appt (OB) with ultrasound
- thereafter, every 4 weeks with OB or midwife until 3rd trimester
- 12 week NT scan (optional, but we did it)
- 18 week anatomy scan/gender reveal
- I think in the 3rd tri, it's biweekly appointments until the last 4 weeks when it becomes every weekI also had another appt early on because of a yeast infection. Yuck.

Well since everything looks good (for baby and for me) I don't have to go in for another 6 weeks. My midwife apparently just likes to play it by ear, lol.

My dr does every 3 weeks until about 28 weeks, then its every 2 weeks until the last month, then its once a week. I start our every 2 week appts after our next one!

so far, i've seen my doctor every 3 weeks. plus, i have to go to the hospital every 4 weeks, so sometimes they overlap. i know it goes to every 2 weeks at some point and then every week at another.

Just chiming in that I am normal and on schedule and going less than stated. I went every month until week 36. I have three more appts scheduled- 38, 39 and 40. I guess my doctor figures I am just on target.

Mine were every 4-6 weeks (though I stretched one to 7) until 36 weeks, then every single week. I started my weeklies at 35w5d because I just needed a little break from work!

Starting 3 months it's every month and come 32 weeks it's every second week until week 37 which is weekly.
