Once a year.

Twice a year, sort of. We have a mid-year review, but that's just to review our objectives for the year and how we're doing and see if we need to tweak anything. The end of year review is the one where we get an actual rating that our merit increase is based on.

Once a year and I usually get a raise and sometimes title change then as well.

Never! Lol

My company used to do quarterly, but they changed to semi-annually. Although, certainly not consistently, because I've been here a year and a half and I've gotten 1.5 reviews. The half was the most recent one, when my boss basically just said, "You're doing great, I have no complaints, do you have any questions for me?" And that was it. Soooo not much "reviewing," ha.

3 times a school year - fall, winter, and spring.
We also get observed weekly and thus feedback weekly, but it is specific to one aspect of teaching, not broad spectrum.

We are supposed to get an official review once a year (I should be getting mine this week), but I often touch base with my supervisor for a non-official review, to make sure I am meeting her expectations/see if there's anything I could be improving upon.

Not going to lie, though, most of those just end up with me sitting in her office and chatting for a long while She's retiring next month, and I'm going to miss her

Two per year, but it's not the old school way of employee reviews. It's more geared towards my job satisfaction and what my goals/wishes are for next steps, etc. It's very informal and just a good chance to talk to my boss 1 on 1 that we normally never have time to talk about! Compensation review is at a different time of year and I haven't had to request any meetings as they've been satisfactory raises.

Twice - mid-year which is more of a check-in against goals and end of year which is the big one that determines raise and bonus.

Once a year. We do self-evals at the end of the year and then it goes through management and HR and we're notified of our ratings and raise in February.

When I worked, it was supposed to be once a year.
