I have been thinking about joining my local gym because I haven't worked out in 4 years, and I have so little energy. I don't have the energy to make it to the gym! But I know working out will give me more energy.

In the past, I've always worked out 3 times a week. But I didn't really see any results unless I changed my diet. It was more maintenance if I worked out 3 times a week. I've heard that often when people add one more work out (4 or 5 times a week), it makes a dramatic difference.

I feel like I have so few hours in a day, the thought of working out 4 times a week is kind of mind boggling!
