I'd appreciate any tips for combating fatigue during first trimester. Unfortunately, due to work conditions, cutting back o hours or trying to take a nap aren't an option.

I went to bed at 9 last night and DH has been helping w chores, which has alleviated anxiety and allowed me to go to bed early. Trying to snack, keep hydrated and do at least 30 mins of yoga a day. I'm just feeling utterly exhausted by 2pm and still have so much work to do (then commute home).

Any tips for dealing with fatigue would be greatly appreciated!
