I've been SO exhausted lately (22 weeks) and I know it's from not sleeping well. I toss and turn and get up 2-3 times to pee and once to let the dog out and I don't always fall straight back to sleep. I've tried going to bed earlier but that just leads to more awake periods during the night.

Last night I slept on the couch and it was the most sleep I've gotten in a long time. But I don't think that's a sustainable solution since DH is usually up pretty late and likes to watch tv in the living room.

What do you do to improve your sleep during pregnancy?
