We have been outside most of the day, and now LO looks like he is developing a stye. Eye is swollen underneath and reddish. For myself I would do a hot compress, but not sure he is going to cooperate with that one (he just turned 2 yo). Any other ideas?

@regberadaisy: It's almost gone at this point. I ended up pinning him down 2-3 times a day and doing a warm compress and then washing it with a soapy rag at bathtub with babywash. He's not happy with me, but it seems to have worked!
