any major differences between pregnancies?

With my 2nd I got bigger faster and my body hurt so much!

I feel sicker in this one and I feel like I'm showing more realistically, if that makes any sense. Last time, I was much bigger than I am now at this point, but I don't think that was right. I think I was retaining water and I still am not completely sure our days were completely correct.

I'm curious about this! with my first I had nausea the entire time (all 40 weeks!) and some pretty bad sciatica in the later half. Hoping to avoid both of those?!

With DS it was really easy. I had gestational diabetes, though.
With my second I had horrible heartburn and was just extremely uncomfortable the entire time. No GD.
