With LO (a girl) I seemed to carry high, but with this one it seems to be much lower. My guess is it's because of how my body is since I already had a baby. I know the old wives tale says that how you carry means boy vs girl but I don't think I believe that 
How did you carry during your pregnancy? For fun, what was the gender?

I carried so extremely low. I had a boy.
The heart rate theory and carrying high/low theory were both right for me. I didn't bother testing anything else.

@TurtleDoves: I'm skeptical because A's heartbeat was always in the 130's and that is supposed to mean boy. This babies HB seems to be on the same track as A's so it's a toss up

DS was low and a boy.
S was REALLY high and a girl.
Wondering how this one will pan out. It's too small, yet, to tell where I'm carrying it.

Carried high and had a girl. I was Team Green and almost positive I was having a boy so it was such a fun surprise!

@Bao: I did carry high (and small) and my LO was a girl:) I always feel like boys are low and just protrude- like all belly? I just looked fat until I popped, and then DD kind of just "blended" with me:) It wasn't until 34 or 35 weeks that my belly was kind of like "WOAH!"

I didn't vote because I have two answers...carried low and it was a boy. Carried high and it was a girl.

How do you tell whether your bump is high or low? To me, mine looks like it's right in the middle and nobody has said anything one way or another to me either! We're team green so it's still anybody's guess...

@PurplePeony: I say I carried high because I obviously didn't carry super low. I have a long torso though and I would say my bump was more middle because of that.

I carried high and had a boy. I also gained half my body weight and was pretty ugly pregnant. Definitely not the "all belly/glow" that people say you have with a boy, lol

I carried high both times, but with P I did carry a tad higher... not enough to call how I carried with G low though.

@PurplePeony: it's not too early, but as you get further along, it'll become very obvious. I was going to say that around 33+, if you are high, it will be hard to breath, hurt cough and nearly impossible to eat much. I carried REALLY low and I never had breathing problems or problems feeling "too full" or anything.

@Bao: it looks lower. In A's photo, you can see a bludgeon above your belly button. There is no bulge in the 2nd photo.

I carried extremely, hilariously high. I wish I could find a good picture. I had like, a reverse bump - higher at the top that the bottom. My rib cage expanded about 5 inches and certainly did not go back all the way. It was hilarious.

@sarac: I carried ridiculously high too, as @turtledoves: can attest to! I seriously was a walking set of boobs sitting on top of my bump. Everyone, and I mean everyone, commented on how high I carried my baby! We were TG but sure enough, she was a girl!
This time, I'm carrying high again, but nowhere near as high as last time....I hope that doesn't change as I had constant heartburn last time and it sucked. Although on the plus side, I never got bladder kicks and wasn't having to pee any more frequently than normal.
@Bao: Here's a photo from 28 weeks last time so you can see just how ridiculous it was.

I carried low--super low-- and had a girl. My doctor said he could feel her head "right there" at 36 weeks and I had real trouble walking the last month because of the pressure "down there".
Never had trouble eating or breathing though!
