Ok, so I am just going to be upfront (although I am embarrassed) and say I have gained 30 lbs at 23 weeks. I know. I gained a lot during the first trimester because the only thing that kept my morning sickness at bay was eating. Now that I am in the second tri, I am SO FREAKING HUNGRY all the time. With DS, I gained 45 lbs and then lost 70 doing nothing but breastfeeding and was at a very healthy BMI. I'm feeling so discouraged. Maybe this is just what I do during pregnancy? I've been googling "how to suppress appetite during pregnancy" looking for safe ways to stop being so famished. I don't know...I feel like I have a teenaged boy's appetite without the metabolism.

Anyway, I am not sure what I am looking for: commiseration, tips... just feeling bummed.
