Seriously! I think this baby is lost and can't find her way out. It's like she sees the light at the end of that very small tunnel and refuses to just head toward it!

I am a "loose" 3 cm, 100% effacted and "very ripe" according to my OB. Plug is gone and she is engaged. Still, no timable or really painful contractions to speak of! Both my mother and his mother were in the hospital at this point in labor. Just another cm or two and I will be in what is usually considered active labor, yet I haven't even gotten to the inactive part! What the eff baby?!?!

We have our induction scheduled for next Wed but I am REALLY hoping to avoid that. At this point though, who knows!

Anybody else have a super late start on labor?
