I'm not normally a beach person, but I loved Whitsunday Beach in Aus. Hands down the most amazing beach in the world imo. I've been to beaches in Thailand, Caribbean, and Hawaii and nothing compares.

I'm gonna POAS tomorrow morning to determine if I can have some Sangria at a BBQ I'm going to. I'll be 11dpo so there's hope something might show up. Hopefully not the trigger, but I think at 13 days after trigger, that should be out of the system now, right?

At this point, I'll take any beach that is warm enough to lay out. It's usually too cold around here. My favorite beach would be Sea Isle City, NJ or Ocean City, NJ. They aren't amazing beaches but it's just a beach that I know and miss.

@FliegepilzHut: Probably a good idea. I started testing 2 days before my beta because I just couldn't wait any longer. Next cycle I am going to try to wait.

@Warbler: Sorry to hear about your DH's SA. I hope you're able to get moving to IVF soon! If it makes you feel any better we got our MF diagnosis over 3 years ago and DH's SA's have gotten better and better, so we have held off on IVF, but we've never had a BFP. So, sometimes I feel like it might be better to definitely need IVF so that you can get moving in the right direction faster.

For me, I can't say I have a favorite beach. I am unabashedly a fan of all beaches I have ever been to. Even though I don't love sand or saltwater (I'm a wimp when it comes to being 'icky'), I LOVE the sun! So, I guess it doesn't which beach I'm lying on if the sun is there. hehe

In IF world we're plugging away at natural stuff and thinking we'll re-evaluate in Sept/Oct. Which I feel like is what we're always doing. I guess God thinks I need some serious lessons in patience!

@Sunshine1810: Really?? Where? I grew up in Nashua, parents are in Keene (for now) and have a place on Winnipesaukee. So all over, LOL!

@FliegepilzHut: Thanks! Oh, I have never been to OBX. Living on the east coast, I always saw magnets, but have never been. When I move back east, I have to remember to go, at least, once.

@Warbler: Lots of luck with IVF! I went to Hawaii twice (Honalulu and Maui (forget which city) and it was great!

@Sunshine1810: Oh, I've never been to the Caribbean. Must have been amazing. So sorry about your failed cycle.

@Mrs. Pinata: Yeah, I'm not particular fan of the sand and the saltwater. But laying on the beach, with the ocean breeze is just an awesome feeling. The other thing might be that I like sleeping so it, also, helps.

@Jenn23: I've been to Ocean City, MD a few times (one of which was senior week). It's been so long that I honestly don't remember the beach.

@FliegepilzHut: Oh, really? Is OBX pretty big?

Oh, my update. IUI was done at noon. I'm in my TWW. Should be going in tomorrow for my second insemination.

@travelgirl1: Yay for AF making an appearance "on time" and without meds. Would you prefer to be monitored this cycle?

@mrswin: Thank you I would prefer to be monitored because I like the extra info you get such as lining, estrogen levels etc... I like to feel like I'm doing something. The nurse said today the doctor had recommending waiting until mid July, but to me she'd said to ultrasound in mid July if AF hadn't shown up... She made it sound like we were good to go as soon as I'd had one period. I think there's been some crossed wires somewhere.

@FliegepilzHut: Thank you I think the emotional healing is a long drawn out process but, now, I feel like when I smile I actually mean it rather than being weighed down by the "I should still be pregnant" sadness, if that makes sense.
