Sandwiches, soup, I'd pre make things like lasagna and a casserole, maybe cereal or a protein smoothie for an easy night.
I'll be in the same boat when she's 12 weeks old, but for two weeks. I plan to prep as much as possible! Worst case scenario, I cook while she's sleeping or order pizza

I'd make a big batch of something (pasta, casserole, chili, lasagna, curry) and eat that a couple of nights/lunches, then I'd order in a couple of times and eat some quick and easy things like sandwiches, salads and grilled fish for the rest. And I'd definitely allow myself some trashy tv or movies with ice cream in the evening!

For fish, I like grilled fish with cherry tomatoes. Take a piece of fish (whatever you like) and put in an oven dish, then put whole cherry tomatoes around the fish, sprinkle with salt, pepper and drizzle a little honey over the tomatoes. Cook 10-15 minutes til the ish is done.
And if you put cooking foil in te oven dish there's no washing up afterwards, just throw it all in the bin!

Well DH is normally gone all week, but I keep stuff in the fridge/freezer for weekends. It's his 5th or 6th weeklong trip for work since ds was born! And he,ll be gone 2 weeks in a row this time!

I eat a lot of sandwiches when DH is on weeklong trips. I'm just to tired/lazy by dinner time to make anything more extravagant.

You could marinate and pre-cook up some chicken breasts so all you have to do is steam some veggies up if you want something healthy, too! Or make rice and then just microwave it up!
