What time do you take your pill every day? Are you consistent?
I'm going back on the pill now (not the mini pill) and I know it's advised to take it at the same time everyday. I get up at different times in the morning depending on the day so somedays it would be 6am and other days 8am, so I am taking it at lunch time. I have to set a reminder on my phone or I'll forget!

When I was on the pill, I took it at 6pm everyday. Not really sure why... but it worked for me. At first I set a reminder alarm on my phone but over time I just remembered it around 6 everyday.

When I was on BCP I always took it right before bed - it was just part of my routine. Plus, BCP can make you really tired, so bedtime worked best for me.

Around 11am. It was just always a pretty decent time during work and everything. Now it gets hard for me to remember as I'm usually in the trenches with M at that time.

@Mrs. Pen: 1:30 and I forget a few times a week. I set reminders but still manage to forget.

I always took it before bed. The only time that really changed significantly was in college so I would take it before going out for the night (since it was usually around 9-10pm then anyways).

@Mrs. Pen: It totally depends on the person and the type of pill. Progesterone-based pills have much stronger fatigue side effects than estrogen-based pills. When I was on normal BC I didn't have that issue, but when I was on a 100% progesterone pill, it was TERRIBLE. If I woke up in the MOTN I felt like a zombie.

Bedtime for me. It's in no way consistent but I figure you have a 12 hour window so it should be ok!

I take it in the morning after I head downstairs, usually around 6:30 weekdays and 7:30- weekends.

I'm on the mini pill and take it at 2:00pm. I set an alarm on my phone to remember.

I always took it at night, around 9 or 10 pm. It worked for me for 7 years! I almost never forgot.

I took it in the evenings right around the time I got home from work. I set a reminder on my phone and kept the pill pack in my purse so I would always have it at that time.

I would take it in the morning, around 9am. Rarely forgot and usually took within a couple hour window.

I take it when I'm going to bed at night. So I take it about 9pm. On the weekends I try to remember to take it at 9 too even though I rarely go to sleep that early on Friday and Saturday. It took me years to find a time frame that I actually remember to take it every single day.

I took mine at night before bed. At times, that could vary by a couple of hours, but it was my best shot.

Right after T goes to bed. So, between 7:30 and 8. I pee and then take the pill. Easy to remember

I took it for 10 years and was never consistent. Some days I would forget and then take two the next day. Seriously, I was super inconsistent. I never got pregnant. But then again, I'm not pregnant now since I've been off BC..... ugh..... Good luck!
