I am Chinese but when I was a little girl I wanted to be white like all of my friends
I also read a book when I was 7 about a Jewish family and how they celebrated Chanukah. I thought that was the BEST THING EVER to get 8 days of presents and I told my Mom that I wanted to be Jewish!!!

Middle Eastern. I love their sparkling eyes enhanced by the dark hair and perma-tan. And I love the food, and a lot of the clothes.

I would very specifically like to be an Indian who grew up in London, haha. I want to wear beautiful saris, be adorned with mehndi without looking like a weirdo, bhangra dance, know how to make channa masala...and have a British accent

Peruvian women are totally gorgeous. Although I've always loved the food and culture and style of East Indian women. I would go either.

hmmm i'm happy being korean but if i could be something else, i definitely wouldn't be american. something european maybe? italian? french? they just seem to enjoy life more.

@Mrs. Bee: how do you define "american"? I mean technically I'm "american" but my ethnicity is obviously all European - norwegian, french, english and german. I don't even know what generation came over from Europe. Does that make me 100% pure American??

Growing up, I wanted to be white... but now I've embraced being Asian. I wouldn't mind being Spanish or French though. I lived abroad in Spain for a summer and those women are GORGEOUS - long-legged, thin, tanned, with dark thick hair... gorgeous!

@Coco Bee: I don't think being white is boring at all. I love my pale skin- I think it's beautiful. I also think my LO's pale white skin is the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen.
So I guess, I wouldn't choose to be another ethnicity because I think I'm beautiful just the way I am.
