I would choose the American Diabetes Association. I've had quite a few relatives pass away due to diabetes-related illness and diabetes run very high in my family. I would love to see a cure for diabetes in my lifetime.

I'd give some to the diabetes assoc., but also some to ACS and Komen for a Cure.

Even though I haven't been affected by this personally, I recently saw a story on our local news about pediatric cancer developments at our local hospital. Because ped cancer gets so little funding (like 3% of cancer funding), even smaller donations can make huge breakthroughs. With babies on the way, I'd definitely be tempted to donate to pediatric cancer research.
But I have personal experience with both cancer and heart disease among family and friends, so option 2 would be to split between ACS and AHA.

Gosh, all of these wonderful organizations makes me want to donate more this year. I donate yearly to the AHA but mainly because they remind me with mailers and address stickers. Otherwise I'd probably forget. =\

I'd probably be selfish and give it to someone to try to find a cure for migraines. But really... so many people suffer from them and it sucks!

probably st. jude's and something to do with breast cancer research. maybe sponsor a few more kids via world vision. send a few to smile train (i've sent in some money for a few surgeries - they fix cleft lips or so for people in other countries)....
