I would do a extended European tour, I want to hit up all the countries without feeling rushed. Ireland, England, France, Italy, Greece, Switzerland, Spain, see the Northern Lights and end with a relaxing time in the islands.

@SugarplumsMom: sugar beach is actually where we stayed! At the time it was called Jalousie Plantation though. St. Lucia was amazing, I highly recommend it. We would love to go back for an anniversary.
