I'm going to say Ben & Jerry's. I don't eat ice cream (or dessert for that matter) often but I just can't live without an occasional pint of B&J's Phish Food -

Although my answer would be, hands down, ice cream. Hot fudge sundaes with chocolate chip ice cream, to be more specific. And lots of sprinkles.
