I like the oxfords. It also depends what other types of shoes you have. Are both of these different than anything you already have?

@mrskc: well most of what I have is just really high. I have nude heels, but they're over 4 or 5 inches. I just want shoes that are appropriate for the office.

I'm more of a pump girl for work, the wedges are adorable!!! I'm not a fan of oxfords, any style but that's just me!

I think the oxfords are adorable! But you will probably get more use out of the pumps. Just get all three pairs

Ok I get how the pumps are more useful but te pumps are a dime a dozen. Nothing is special about them; the oxfords are badass. I'd get the oxfords hands down. I however, already have lots of pumps so I am tired of them...everyone wears them!

it's hard to say without knowing your style and the dress code at your work!
but i voted for the pumps because they are more classic. i have 3 pairs of nude pumps and they are always my go-to for work. but those oxfords are super fun! The gold plating is snazzy.

The oxfords... Im really not a fan of the shape of those pumps. They kind of remind me of 80s bridesmaid heels....
