This is gonna sound lame, but Carly Rose Sonnenclare... she was the 13 year old runner up on this past season's X Factor, and I thought her voice was SPECTACULAR. Not a "spectacular for a 13 year old" voice, just plain AMAZING. She's technically not famous yet though, haha.
