Probably piano for me, though I would love to take singing lessons. I love singing! But piano seems like something I could really immerse myself into (took lessons when I was younger).
What about you?

Sewing! I've owned a sewing machine for almost and year and I really want to use it! Piano, I've always dreamed of playing.

Either language, but I can't decide which one, or a good Photoshop refresher course!

Sewing for me as well. I have my mom's old machine, which works well for being 30ish years old. I know the basics, and I'm working on a few projects, but would love to learn more.

I would love some refresher piano lessons. I finally got a piano a few weeks ago and I can barely remember how to play it (it has been 13 years and I wasn't very good back then!).

Probably sewing. I have a sewing machine but no idea how to use it! If it was a little more serious than just lessons, I really want to take the pastry certification course at the Bonnie Gordon School, but it's in Canada.

Horseback riding! I would love to get back into it, but it's $$$ I can't justify spending right now.

I've been having tennis lessons on/off, but I plan on being more consistent with them going forward. I'd like to join a league in the spring.

I would love to just get back into my downtown studio- darkroom, painting, ceramics. I would love to be able to just concentrate.
For lessons, maybe piano or book making.

I just saw this post, very interesting.
Before kids and when I had no worries about where my career was going and I can take classes for fun (even though I ended up didn't take any), I would like to take sewing and maybe photography classes.
Now that I have kids, I would like to take parenting classes. Seriously lol. I have no time to think about anything else.
If I do have time, I'd like to take children's book illustration classes, and actually there is a very small voice in the back of my mind that says I would love to take acting classes. I used to love and was very into drama and theater when I was in school. It just faded to nothing. This thought came back to me because I've been recently taking LO to classes at a local performance arts theater, and they had all these adult acting classes, which made me wonder what if.
I will do all these when I won the lottery and hire 5 nannies

Photography, sewing and I like @irene:s idea so I'd add parenting classes too.

Ballet!
I love to dance and took lessons (group and private, and accompanying French lessons) from 3 to around 13/14 when I thought I was too cool for ballet.
I'd love to take lessons and desperately need some form of formal out of the house exercise in my life.

I plan to start taking tap classes after I pop this kid out, but I took tap for 12 years, so it's not like it's totally "new" to me.
I REALLY want to take some cooking classes, especially cooking skills, like knife skills. I hint at it every year, and Hubs never picks up.

@littlebug: yes I've been saying knife skills forever too.

Would fitness things count? I would love to take Barre classes.
If not, then sewing or photography.

I'd love to pick up violin and piano again! I miss it.
I actually did take an art class not long ago (figure drawing), and really enjoyed it.

@rachiecakes: Same. I would love to do pointe!
@ValentineMommy: I recently started taking barre classes and they have really stirred up the dust on my childhood ballerina dreams!

probably cooking classes. we tend to make the same 7-10 dishes over and over, so it'd be fun to learn new things and new recipes

I'd sort of like to take a concealed carry class.
(Ironic because I also want stricter gun control).

Funny I was just thinking about this last night...I would love piano lessons.

@rachiecakes: you're in Boston right?? Jeanette Neil has awesome adult classes. I used to take ballet, jazz, and this aerobic dance class there. The ballet was fun, so hard! It was all women who did ballet when younger! I just found a dance studio on the north shore that I'm going to start going to soon!!
I would love to take cooking classes. I'd love to actually go to culinary school, but just for me, not for a new profession. Maybe when my children are older.....
