Oh, gosh. The correct answer here has to be spiders. Just typing the word makes me cringe.
Centipedes also creep my @$$ out.

Fire Ants, hands down. Mosquitos are annoying and we don't have many ticks here but fire ants....! OMG I hate that my son can't walk barefoot in the grass like I did as a kid (up north) without fear of getting bit. And they HURT!

@alohaorchid: Oh I hate wasps too. I had one in my hair (yes my HAIR) at work a month ago and I didn't know it, until someone told me and I swear I almost had a panic attack until they could get it out. Several people said it was the biggest wasp they ever saw. Those nasty dangling legs.... evil I tell you.

I was going to say cockroaches, but mosquitoes are more dangerous, so I'll go for those.

Mosquitoes for me. We didn't really have many in the UK until a few years ago but they've been terrible the last few summers (darn climate change). Im really sensitive to the bites and swell up like an itchy balloon!

With that said I would have to say my second option would be ticks, having to get two off my lo's head has left me scarred for life.
