I usually eat dry cheerios or a banana. Sometimes I make grits but i'm not much of a breakfast person!

I bring my breakfast, it's either steel cut oats with plain yogurt and berries or an egg bake with veggies, chicken sausage and cheese. Sometimes, I will get a peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat sandwich or grits with a slice of cheese mixed in.
I love bagels, but I don't get them that often. Maybe once a month.

I do oatmeal and a banana. That's not helpful to you though. When I was following my GD diet, I'd do a bagel thin with peanut butter and a couple of pieces of turkey breakfast sausage on the side.

I usually bring a Carnation instant breakfast or smoothie. Sometimes do oatmeal. Have also brought bagels too but I don't like preparing that at work.

I usually have a toaster waffle or toast with almond butter on my way into work, and then once I get to work I have more of a “real breakfast” – almost always it’s Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, around 9am. Then I have a hard boiled egg in the 10 o’clock hour.
We have a cafeteria where we can get whatever, and maybe once a month I’ll have a bagel – I love them, but they are just not worth the calories and carbs to eat on a regular basis. Sometimes I’ll get a cheese and salsa omelet from the café, but not on a regular basis.

I switch it up. We have a small cafeteria in the building and they switch it up daily, or I bring a yogurt/banana, etc. from home. Sometimes it's just coffee.

toast or an English muffin, Greek yogurt with fruit. Sometimes I make egg sandwiches or egg muffins (well I did before I found out it causes my baby to break out when I eat eggs.)

@Mamaof2: I've been eating oatmeal too to help my supply. I get bored of it easily though and sometimes switch it up by having an egg and cheese sandwich on an english muffin. When I'm trying to be really good though, I'll have an english muffin with peanut butter and a yogurt.

Thanks everyone - for convenience I was trying to eat the same thing everyday but its not working. I like the idea of making an egg bake or something on Sunday and eating that.

I either eat while driving to work or at my desk. Some breakfast favorites:
- avocado toast (sourdough toast with butter and half of an avocado, mashed, topped with salt. so good!)
- oatmeal with slivered almonds
- greek yogurt with berries + slivered almonds or granola
- homemade breakfast burritos (egg, sausage, peppers & onions. make ahead, freeze, then microwave in a paper towel in the morning)
- various muffins (today I had blueberry/oatmeal/flaxseed muffins that I made a while ago, froze, and thawed. great with a yogurt)
- green smoothies
- splurge breakfast is a bagel or croissant with a green juice

I was eating mini egg quiches for a while...Id make a batch Sunday and they would last all week. I usually throw them in a tortilla because I can't stomach them without. I got sick of that recently and started eating yogurt w/ grapenuts and fruit.

Switch it up... I absolutely cannot eat the same thing for too long!

I tend to eat the same thing every day for a couple of weeks, and then switch it up. I usually rotate between yogurt/granola/peanut butter, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, a smoothie, or a reheated omelette and toast.
