I'd wait so as not to get grandma in trouble for spilling the beans

personallyyyy I would wait. not only because she hadn't told me herself, but I wouldn't want to get my grandmother into trouble - if I were the cousin and had told my grandmother in confidence (or my mom who may have told my grandmother, lol) I'd be INCENSED if she was telling people, even close relatives.

@FutureMrsMcK: If I was not suppose to know I would wait to hear it from them or when they made a public announcement and pretend I didn't know prior!

Oh in addition!!! I hated it when people spilled MY surprise! I wanted to tell people. I still had people coming to me saying congratulations and I couldn't even act excited because I was upset they knew before I could tell them.

I would wait. I found it slightly irritating when someone else told people I was pregnant before I got to.

Wait. If she does miscarry she might not want people knowing about it. When she wants you to know shell tell you. People found out I was pregnant and congratulated me before I was ready. It was just too hard for me to be excited and instead I was uncomfortable and pissed. I had a previous miscarriage.

I would wait. She obviously isn't ready to announce it just yet and TBH it wasn't your grandmas place to spill the beans. Congratulate her when she tells you! I know I would have been upset if I found out somebody who I had told early decided to tell other people before I was ready. It is MY news to tell. Let ME tell it when I am ready.
