How did you do it? I would really like to keep my weight gain at/around 30lbs. I am within the normal weight range for my height, so I think 30lbs is ideal. My OB/GYN is also a big supporter of not overeating during pregnancy/gaining a healthy amount of weight, so I think he will help keep me accountable.

For those of you that gained less than 35lbs, is there a special "diet" you followed? Did you work out throughout your pregnancy? Did you eat whatever you wanted and just happened to luck out? I don't think it's realistic for me to never have a "cheat" meal, but I am trying to limit them to once or twice a week. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
