There were several times when I was pregnant that I was sure something was wrong b/c I didn't feel any different. My only symptom for the most part was that I was more tired and had heartburn. Of course as I got bigger sleeping sucked but it is what it is.
I had to be induced b/c my son is apparently stubborn. I went from basically "you're maybe 1cm" and ten days post due to baby in 18 hours. I had an epidural around 5cm and pushing only took 20 minutes. My 9lb baby caused a rough recovery but labor was fine.
Good luck!

Easy pregnancy, very long labor (56 hours) and LO struggled a bit at the end. Aside from the duration, and the very very minor complications with her, it was fine. I mean, nothing like what I expected or planned for, but not a horror story.

Compared to many, I had both easy pregnancy & labor, obviously I was still uncomfortable and pushed a human being through my vagina, however...it wasn't as traumatic as many people.
That being said? The newborn stage (first year) was effing HELL. He slept like shit (calling it "sleep" is a stretch) he had horrible gas/constipation issues, he was very fussy/needy. My friends who had the worst pregnancies/labor had VERY easy newborns so maybe it's a tradeoff?

I had an easy pregnancy (so, so, so thankful), and my labor was easy. I got induced due to an IUGR baby at 37 weeks. He didn't like my left side while getting induced, but they broke my water and started pitocin at 11:30am. I was 10cm by 6:15ish? and I had to push him out by the 3rd set of pushes.
However, homie is a terrible night time sleeper. He thrives on naps and power naps.

Easy pregnancy, ROUGH labor, easy recovery. The labor was the shortest out of the others so I guess I can't complain too much.

Easy pregnancy - minor nausea, very active throughout, Kidney stones at 20 weeks and a car accident at 24 weeks (but those were outside factors)
Easy labor - 38 weeks water broke, no contractions. Pitocin in the hospital 12 hours after starting the IV and 2 hours of that was pushing Fi was born at a healthy 7lbs 12 oz.

I had an easy pregnancy, relatively easy, med-free labor, but LO was not an easy baby. At 18 mos he's still very challenging!!
