Pay off DH's credit card and put the rest toward a new car (since I decided to total mine on Tuesday!)

I'd remodel our master bath and kitchen, pay off our car, then put whatever is left (if any) into the kiddo's savings.

Spend part of it on travel (perhaps a week trip to some luxurious resort with baby is six-nine months) and put the rest into the mortgage or some kind of investment
