How long after finishing your antibiotics did you start feeling almost 100%?
I'm so tired of my lungs / chest hurting, wheezing and coughing!!!
And I have two ridiculously humongous cold sores right now now that are just uber gross.

I had it twice, but it was years ago. From what I can remember I didn't feel great for a good month.
I'm thinking since you're pregnant, your recovery might also take a bit longer?

When I was pregnant I got really sick. The doctor didn't know if it was pneumonia or bad bronchitis. Either way, no antibiotics. I got some inhalers and took a lot of Tylenol. And lost 8 pounds in my second trimester. It took a looooong time before I felt better. I think I got sick in early August and at the end of September I was still coughing.
I didn't rest enough or eat enough. And I went back to work (field work) before I was really any better. I think more rest is better.

Two weeks after finishing antibiotics I started to feel better, took two more before I felt much better.

It took a good couple of weeks if not longer.
