We have whatever the cheapest one is. We love it. We bought two regular blenders first and they were awful, so they went back and we gave in and spent the extra money. Ours also came with two single serve mini blender cups, at first I was meh about them but I've been using them for smoothies and they're awesome! So I recommend the set if you buy one. Overall well worth the little bit extra!

We have this one with the two single serving cups. I use it everyday for my protein shakes and I love it! I've even made hummus in it that came out super smooth (I did skin the chickpeas)!
I've had it for about 6 months and with daily use it is still working great.

I have the one that comes with a food processor and single serving cups as well. I make smoothies in the single serve cups all summer! My favorite thing about it, though, is how easy it is to clean...the (super sharp) blade just pops out. My last blender was nearly impossible to get totally clean, so I'm loving this one. Blends in seconds! (Sorry--I sound like an infomercial
)

I literally just bought this one today so I haven't used it, but all I needed it for was smoothies and pureeing baby food so I went with a smaller/cheaper model:

@regberadaisy: oh hahaha! I have the pulse and I hate it. But I'm sure you're not looking at that one anyways.

@Ash: which one is the pulse? I'm definitely looking at at least the 72oz blender! Smoothies for four!

Not sure which model we have but it was worth every penny. You don't need a blender at all if you have a ninja. We use the single serve thing every other day.
