Are you trying to work on it? Are you hoping you'll have your temper under control before your LO gets older?

i have a very short temper, unfortunately. after my husband and i met, i thought about us getting married and having a family, and for those reasons i made a very strong concerted effort to work on things. i'm always going to have a short temper, but it's much better now.

I work on it daily, that's for sure. I'm having a hard time being patient/not lashing out lately because I'm so uncomfortable and in pain a lot at 32w....but I'm trying!! I definitely don't want LO to pick up on me being tense or annoyed!

I found that once I had LO, things didn't bother me as much as they used to. I found myself becoming more patient with things and letting the things that really bothered me go a lot more easily.

I have a very short temper and it's still tough but I let a lot more stuff slide than I ever have. But when she's really cranky, it still takes a lot of effort to just let her throw her tantrum, walk away and compose myself.

Yes, I am working on it. I take a lot of deep breaths and walk away when I think I'll say something I shouldn't. My husband needs to work on his, too. He is trying.

I keep it in check as best I can! It is definitely a work in progress, though I will say that I am mellowing out as I age (hahaha!), and like @BabyBoecksMom, after I had LO, I just had to start letting more and more things go.

I used to, but I mellowed with age. For my particular case, I was so glad to have waited to have my kids, because I would have really struggled when I was younger. (Late bloomer, I guess!)
