I would like to start seeing a therapist just for my own well being and to help me deal with the challenges of being a busy, high strung mom, but I have no idea where to start. I know I could go through my insurance for a list, but I don't think that will necessarily give me the match that I need. I also feel weird asking friends for advice... because I don't know anyone who goes to a therapist.
