Two of my nephews are getting gift cards to the Lego store. They desperately want the Lego Death Star (it's like $400) so their parents wholeheartedly approve of us chipping in towards it (but of course they're free to use it on whatever they want).
For the rest I'm not sure. I have some ideas but nothing solid yet.

My niece is 8 months old and I got her some big girl clothes (she's growing quickly and is running out of clothes) and one of those interactive story buddies. The ones where you read the book out loud and the stuffed animal responds to certain phrases. My sister is wanting to read to her more and my niece LOVES stuffed animals so I'm really excited for them to use it. I bought all the accompanying books.
My nephew is 10 months old. I bought him a cute onesie for fun and we will probably get him a Lego Duplo set.

My nephew is 14 (15 in January) and impossible!
The last few years have been tough buying gifts for him. He has everything, and anything he'd want is WAY expensive!

We got my oldest nephew some Imaginext Batman toy he wanted. The youngest, a Chugginton set. No clue what we are getting DH's nephews.
Then my cousin's kids, we got them a game for each family.

@cmomma17: That's the problem I have with my 7 year old cousin. His parents buy him everything he wants so its hard to get him something he doesn't already have, and what he does want is usually expensive. I usually just get him a typical boy toy and leave the receipt in the bag.

My nephew is 8 and is starting to read books, so I'm getting him a couple books that should be at his reading-level. And for my niece, who is 18 months, I'm getting her a baby doll crib for her dolls.

Don't have any, but my cousin has two kids, one is *just* turning 3 and the other is a couple months. We got the 3 y/o a finger stamp kit thing and a skip hop water bottle to match her lunch bag. I'll get the 3 month old a little outfit I think!

@lovehoneybee: I want my aunts and uncles to chip in for the Death Star! DH says I can't have it out in the house though.
Our niece is turning 3, and we're getting her some Christmas dvd's like Rudolph and the Grinch. We're sending them early, so she can watch them leading up to Christmas. She's getting a TON on Christmas (her mom is one of those people with a thousand friends, and most of them love spoiling my niece), so giving her some early is good to space it out a little. I wanted to get her books, but her mom pretty much vetoed it. They don't read at all.

Nephew is 10 and may get him something lego related. Niece is 6 and I think I will get her a spirograph (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009VE38CI/ref=oh_details_o03_s02_i03?ie=UTF8&psc=1). We got one for our other nieces for the holidays (gave it to them early) and I think they liked it!

I have a bunch! The oldest niece and nephew are getting money - they're in middle school and are saving for iPads. I got a Playmobil set for one nephew (9) and Monster High dolls and accessories for his sister (7). Another nephew (8) is getting the Skylanders Swapforce video game and some figures. His sister (7) is getting a journal, a board game and a popcorn machine. His brother (3) is getting a cash register, a Jake and the Neverland Pirates lego set and a Hess truck.
I'm done shopping for them - now I just have to wrap it all!

We have ten and counting, all overseas, so we worked to a budget and they had to be small and light enough to fit in a parcel. We got a real mix of stuff: art kits, Lego, nail polish set, jewellery making kit, Minnie Mouse jewellery, books, Jellycat toy... I can't remember the rest.
