Well since it's been a couple of months... no, I probably wouldn't say anything.

You might just contact her... what's the worst that could happen, she ignores you or says "sorry it's been 3 months, no longer my problem?" Can't hurt to reach out kindly!

@Greentea: I've bought tons of things from there, but I always see the thing I am buying in person first.

@Greentea: I totally agree that it's awkward to go look at something in a person's home (like a couch) and not buy, but I've done it before. I always specify that I'd like to come by and take a look at it, instead of saying I want to buy it.

But it's still a little awkward when I leave without buying. I usually say, "well, I'm going to go discuss it with my husband and if he agrees, we'll arrange to pick it up", and then email them later and say we decided not to get it (if we don't like it).

@MamaG: I had this happen to me on a FB group with something I sold. I pretty much just sent a message back saying that I was sorry they were having trouble, but that it was tested and 100% functional at the time of purchase, so you're not open to doing a refund. She sent a nastier response back and then I was a wimp and blocked her from sending me messages. With ebay or something they could open a case, but with stuff like craigslist that's kind of part of the risk you take. Hope for your sake that the person didn't come to your home to pick it up - in my case we had met somewhere, so fortunately she didn't know where I lived!
