I suggest you check your order status and call on it!
I ordered Dec 3, with a delivery date of Dec 10. So I waited. Checked status yesterday that still said "printing" with no shipping info. This morning (Dec 11) I called and due to "error" it hadn't been shipped. They're expediting and I should have it by Friday, but just wanted to let y'all know in case you didn't receive shipment info like me!

Hope you get them soon! I ordered on the 20th of Nov. and they were shipped to me within 2 days, so they must have gotten back up or something?

Yikes! Are they offering you a discount? I had flaws in my birth announcements and they gave me a 15 or 20% discount, I can't remember.
I wish i had ordered with them. I ordered ours from Snapfish b/c they included free 2 day shipping, but it is going to take them 5 days just to print the darn thing! Tiny Prints would have been the same amount of time and just slightly more expensive.

Ok, I am reviving this post.
I originally ordered around Thanksgiving and got them no problem. However, there was an issue with the card on our end and we placed another order on December 8th.
Should have listened to this post!!!!
We had a "latest" date to receive them of 12/16.
12/15- called, told the status of "printing" could still be wrong and we may get them on time, to call back for a 20% refund if they weren't there on time.
Waited til 12/17 at 8pm and emailed. They supposedly had shipped but were in another state still.
Today (12/18) they emailed back, refunded me shipping + 10% (and I never paid shipping because of the promo but it comes out to about 10%.) And here's the real kicker...when do they say we "should" get them by now?? 12/20! I'm so pissed! They should a) not bite off more than they can chew, b) keep customers updated, and c) know what is going on when I call or not lie about it!!

Finally got through on the phone and there was a wait time of 90something minutes so they will call me back. (It's one of those automated systems...)

@googly-eyes: i got through to a person, but they said they had to call me back. :X they did show up two days after i called, i also got a $20 code. but when am i goign to use it before the 12/31? stuuuuuuuuuupid

@mrsjyw: that's annoying, they couldn't give you an extension on that? They are ok when it's not a busy season but certainly big off more than they can chew with Xmas!

@dagret: they're giving back what comes to about 20% (a little less even though initially they said 20%.) But that leaves 3 USPS days to get them mailed out. I know late Xmas cards aren't the end of the world but I'm still annoyed. I've had boxes just waiting for cards on the kitchen table for awhile now and it looks like I could have just mailed them sans cards..

We got ours yesterday. Opened the card first and was excited that they looked great. Then I realized the envelopes were not pre addressed and stamped. It took them two hours to call me back after I got through to that option. Then it somehow took 45 minutes to rectify and then she said they would be here Friday, which I said was unacceptable since I paid for super fast delivery and they screwed up the envelopes. So now it is a Thursday delivery. I really hope they arrive and are in the condition I paid for... And there was no discount offer!

And our reprint due to their mistake did not ship and they are now telling me it will be Saturday or Monday before we get them. I have lost all faith. They did refund me my original rush shipping and 35%. But our cards will most certainly be late. They claim a printing facility is down and yet they are still advertising on their site that you can get cards by Monday if you order today... I need a new card company.

One last Tiny Print rant. The reprint finally arrived, late and still wrong (the late was all on them not on fedex). After already putting hours of my time into their customer service, I give up. We are returning the second shipment for a full refund. I know it is their busy season and that mistakes happen. I don't judge a company on one mistake, rather how they handle that mistake. They fumbled this multiple times (my order was wrong, delayed due to a printer being down, "stuck" in the system, and ultimately wrong again). One customer service rep even promised to personally track it and call me the next day with an update, but I never heard from her again and then it got "stuck". I cannot recommend them anymore based on my experience b
