Do you take a pill or liquid form?
Is there a specific brand you like or dislike?
DH has been very very fatigued lately for no good reason and I am wondering if it's due to the lack of sun we are getting. He is a need sun kinda person! His skin does better when he gets sun and he always feels better when he gets sun!

I take a gummy by Rainbow Light. When I start to forget a few days I always notice!

We take a liquid. Im not sure what the brand is. The serving is just a drop so you can put it in anything. I usually put it in a protein shake.

i take a pill...when i went to see my doc about being fatigued, she did all the blood tests and saw that i was a little low on iron as well as vitamin d. i started taking supplements, and in a couple weeks felt much better.

@MrsH: Costco vitamin D works for me also.
I took it during pregnancy too and I am confident that it helped me in so many ways. I did not even catch a cold or was sick from Aug 2012 - June 2013. Even though I was surrounded by very sick people. I had to cover my colleagues all the time, they were constantly ill. After LO arrived though, I was more lax about it but am trying to restart my vitamin routine again.

Pill, nature made. I stared taking it a few months ago because a co-worker recommended it. I notice a difference in my energy levels. I also take a vitamin B gummy at lunch time to give me energy.

I take liquid and I do not like it. I would still take liquid, but the concentrated version and I use a brand that a friend of mine who is a holistic nutritionist recommended, but I have no idea what it is...so this is kinda unhelpful, LOL. My only comment is if you do liquid get the concentrated version!

I had to take a large amount while pregnant and I took the pill form by Nature Made.

Jamasion I think is the brand. Green lid. I take 1000. Gp suggests 1000-2000 I uSed to take 2.
