I think it's the reason I have a hard time asking for help.

Yes, but I've also learned that it's ok to have things done at 90% so it's worth giving up that control.

Most of the time I feel this way, depending on what it is. Sometimes though you have to let go and accept help.

Yes! That's why I'll die at 40.
I have juuuuuust started to let DH do things without my hovering and he does OK but never how I would do it or exactly to my liking. I have learned to not say anything though: which is new for me.

Very true. Easier to do it yourself the first time then explain to someone else, and show them how to do it.

OMG, no. I spend my whole life training kids to do things for me. I'm totally serious.
In middle school, there's always a few kids who want to come in the morning before school or come after school to hang out, so I train them to do everrrrything--reshelve the books, write my daily objective on the board, help me weed the collection.
Then I sit at my desk and check Hellobee.

Yes. I really wish I could let go of more, but I just don't have the emotional/mental bandwidth right now to do it.
@ChopSuey119: It is super hard to ask for help! Even when I get it, I find myself re-doing things, like re-washing bottles/nipples.

I'm actually pretty good at asking for help. I'm a little bit of a back seat driver after that though.
