...how did you shave?!?! I have heard that it is nearly impossible to shave once you are in your third tri because you are unable to see anything. That's fine if it is spring, fall, or winter but it is freaking hot in the summer. I am gonna need to wear dresses. I can't walk around looking like a sasquatch.

I didn't. I hated my legs when I was pregnant (tree stumps) so I didn't wear shorts. I wore 3/4 pants and light long pants. I didn't go outside much b/c it was so hot all I did was sweat. Shaving was a beast while pregnant.

Shaving my legs was never an issue when pregnant...And yes if you are pregnant in the summer, you will want to wear dresses!

Ugh. Something I never considered about a July due date until now. I was just worried about what a sweaty beast I'll be, but I didn't realize how 'beasty' I'd be!
That said, long maxi dresses look great on pregnant ladies and hide your legs.

Not a summer mama, but I'm almost 35 weeks and I can still shave. I wouldn't risk shaving my lady bits, but it's not that bad shaving my legs.

Not a summer momma, but I still shaved. I did most of it by feel, but I did miss quite a few spots. And after I had my baby, I realized how many spots I had actually missed and for how long... who knew the hair could get that long?!

It took a little bit of creative bending, but I had a lot of luck with just propping up my leg on the rim of the tub when I took baths. DH also offered to do it for me. My lady bits were another story altogether. I just gave up by the end...DH offered to do that too, but I wasn't comfortable with that, lol.

I'm fine propping my leg on the tub of the bath also. Not too difficult. The lady parts - a different story!

I still shaved. I even did it in a stand up shower with nowhere to prop my feet up. I was so impressed with myself for being able to do that!

I had DH buy me a stool for in the shower that I'd prop my leg up on. Definitely not fun but it was necessary!

I'm not going to be a summer momma, but I still get pedis, so I have to shave my legs before I go to that, haha. Our shower has a seat though, so I can either put my leg up on that, or sit on it and lean over to shave.

Maxi dresses were my lifeline. Hairy legs aside, my swollen legs and ankles did not need to be seen by human eyes, lol.

my leg hair grew way slower when pg, so i didn't have to do it often. but I even shaved my legs before I went to the hospital at 39 weeks with twins! you just get creative and learn to ignore it if you miss a spot

I taught DH to shave my legs for me. I'd sit in the tub and pull my leg up on the side and he'd shave them. Only the parts that would be visible in dresses/shorts though.
