When did you start tapering off?

I haven't been working out hard core, but have been making an effort to walk 30 minutes a day, usually 4-5 times a week. I usually throw at least one prenatal yoga session into the mix, too. But last week I only walked once and did no yoga. I just feel so tired and unmotivated and walking is the last thing I want to do.

I'm currently 29 weeks and my hips, legs, bump feel sore and tired (can your bump feel tired - haha??) Maybe its just a growth spurt and I'll want to get moving again soon?
