If your baby was breech and eventually flipped, did you notice? Could you see a direct correlation between the baby flipping and anything you did (chiropractor, inversion, ecv)? I'm almost 33 weeks and getting worried!

I was floating in our bathtub and she flipped. I could see and feel it, I was almost 36 weeks. I was trying to figure out the spinning babies stuff, but hadn't tried anything yet.

My older two both flipped noticeably to me. Things were feeling off the next day because other intestines were getting smashed as before it also kind of hurt

Mine flipped. I think I was 34-35 weeks. I kind of think I know when it happened but I didn't "know" for sure. I remember feeling a lot of movement one night and I suspect that's when. But I could never really tell where his bum was vs his head etc and I know others can.

I did not notice and didn't do anything to make it happen. I believe she was still breech around 32 weeks. But she moved!

@Cole: My second baby flipped the opposite direction--from head down to breech--at 35 weeks (and stayed breech). It was a huge movement, and although I wasn't 100% sure of his (new) position until it was confirmed via u/s, it is definitely not something I would have missed (or slept through).
Eta: It happened while I was sitting on the couch watching the Olympic trials for U.S. gymnasts.

I noticed the week my baby flipped to breech at 30 weeks. I felt like crap over one weekend...my heartburn was terrible and I felt really run down. I had a feeling I knew her exact positioning and my assumption was confirmed with an ultrasound at 32 weeks. I had the exact same feeling a couple weeks later...terrible heartburn, a lot of hip and back pain, and feeling really run down down. I didn't notice a big difference in her positioning in my belly, but at a 35 week ultrasound she was mostly head down. She moved around a lot...I felt tons of different movements all over my belly, but I believe she stayed head down for the last 4 weeks. I had scheduled a RCS after the 32 week ultrasound, so I'm not sure of her exact positioning.
ETA: I didn't do anything to flip her. I think she just liked moving because it was crazy how different movements felt from day to day!

@pwnstar: Your baby was inspired by the gymnasts!
Thanks everyone, I'm happy to hear that a lot of these babies flipped even without you nudging then along. I'm nudging as best as I can and I figure it will help but trying to do everything that's recommended every day is making me nuts! My chiropractor wants me inverted for 15-20 minutes a day 5-8 times a day! Definitely not happening!

My last one flipped at 35.5 weeks I think. I think I felt it, but it was while I was sleeping. I actually said something to my husband about it the next morning, but it was a little foggy. Confirmed it by ultrasound a few hours later.

Around 32 weeks I swam laps and when I got out of the pool felt a huge, uncomfortable movement. I think that's when she flipped. Ultrasound at 34 weeks confirmed head down. I'd had one at 30 weeks where she was still breech. I was also doing the Webster technique at the chiro and Spinning Babies stuff.

I am 90% sure my baby flipped from head down to breech last night. It hurt and everything feels totally different today. She's flipped a few times, but at 34 weeks, I'm *slightly* concerned.

So I'm also 33 weeks today and mine was finally head down 2 weeks ago but breech again today (go figure) . I didn't feel her flip either time (and was surprised to see her breech again today!) but the location of her hiccups is the only thing that tells me where she is. I feel them more when she is head down but this morning I did feel them higher up.

Mine was stubborn. I did spinning babies for about an hour a day for 2 weeks, hot/cold packs on my belly, saw a chiropractor twice, and got moxibustion...no movement to head down. Scheduled the ECV at 37 weeks and she flipped in about 3 minutes. I definitely think the things I did leading up to it helped, but she was stubborn. She stayed head down and I had a regular delivery.

I was one of those people who could tell you exactly where the baby was all the time. LO2 wasn't breach after 28 weeks, but he would hang out sideways and kick my bells so much I thought I would get a foot shapes stretch mark. He wiggled a lot, but I think that's because he was almost 2 pound smaller then lo1 and had lots of room to stretch out.
