...Just a little after a feeding but they are asleep do you wake them immediately to change their clothes or wait until they wake up ??

I would wait until they wake up! Never wake a sleeping baby

Ha! No way. I don't even always change her if she's awake!! As long as it wasn't a soaker I just wipe her down. My kid spits so much I'd be changing clothes all day!

If it's just a little, I didn't even change her, just wiped it off. Only time she got changed was excessive drool, poop-tastrophes and projectile vomiting.

Nope. I would just wipe it off. I only change if it really soaks his clothes. My son spits up a ton tho.

If I changed my babe's clothes after every spit up I'd never have time to do anything but change her clothes lol

I don't change unless it's a huge one. I'll just use a wipe or wet washcloth to clean it off.
