Yep. I've only thrown showers for my good friends/sister so I bought them a bigger than usual gift.

@photojane: Great minds! But I did a clothesline hung on the wall and pinned some baby clothes onto it. Mixture of sleepers, shirts, pants, hats and socks.The outfits were my gift and they doubled as super cute décor for the shower!

Yes and usually a few gifts that double as decor as well. Most of the showers I have hosted were for close friends/family and I wanted to spoil them.
